Positive: Apartment was clean and host gave complete directions and replied fast There's no need for safety deposit.
Negative: It was a very basic apartment, without much comfort. The building was located in a dirty neighborhood, there was a lot of trash in the building and the apartment had old towels and bed sheets.

Positive: Spotless room. Ms ketfi was extremely friendly and helpfully even though her English is minimal, but this is france and tourists should learn some basics. She showed me personally through the apartment and secure parking garage.
Negative: Neighbourhood can be a bit questionable at night for some, but I had no problems. Even got invited to play boules into the late night by some locals who were extremely welcoming even though I was a foreigner 😌

Positive: The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equiped. The bath was great, hot and with good flow of water. Wifi worked well and the TV too. The balcony was nice. The apartment itself suited our needs.
Negative: The host had sent us the information on how to get in the apartment and the garage, but she was not there to assist us. When we got there, it was extremely confusing. We had to take the key and the garage remote from a safe outside the apartment. However, we could not get inside the building without these precise objects. We had to wait until someone was coming so we could get in. We got the garage remote and went to park the car. The host had given us the name of the garage, we found it, got in, it was dirty and dark. We could not find our parking space. After asking someone, we found out that our garage was another one. We got out, found the other garage with the same name, got in. Again, dark, extremely dirty and scary. Struggled to find our parking space. When we found it, we struggled to find the elevator. We had once again to rely on someone to show us where it was. Arriving here was very confusing and stressful. The uncertain procedure to get in and the weird garage left us with a terrible first impression. Moreover, the place's location is not good at all. Although it is close to a subway station, the neighborhood is dark and desert, which made us feel quite unsafe. We could not walk from there to anywhere else and at night we had to rush back to the building because the streets are not welcoming. Finally, althought the apartment itself was good, the building and the neighborhood made our stay quite unpleasant.
